NEW BUILD

Min Y Mor, Porthgain

The appropriately named ‘New Cottage’ will be exactly that, whilst blending seamlessly into the historic setting of one of our most visited centres, Porthgain in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The Cottage will be ‘New’ in the truest sense of the word in that the fabric of the building will be super insulated and air tight, whilst the Biomass boiler and Solar PV panels will ensure this low carbon home is ‘future proofed’ and with a nod to its location, will robustly meet whatever the Irish Sea decides to throw at it!! With the demolition of the 1950 asbestos dwelling now complete, construction can commence on this ‘flagship’ development with an anticipated completion of December 2016, our clients will be hoping that the Christmas turkey can be enjoyed in what is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Wales…and if all else fails and the Christmas dinner doesn’t materialise as planned, they can always head to the famous Sloop Inn for a pint!
